{"id":3775,"date":"2023-10-10T11:49:56","date_gmt":"2023-10-10T11:49:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/e-projekty.mojregion.info\/?post_type=produktye&#038;p=3775"},"modified":"2023-10-24T13:37:52","modified_gmt":"2023-10-24T13:37:52","slug":"e-services","status":"publish","type":"produktye","link":"https:\/\/e-projekty.mojregion.info\/en\/produkty\/e-services\/","title":{"rendered":"E-SERVICES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As part of the project, e-services have been launched for patients, which are also available in applications for mobile systems:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-eprojektynamespace-according-block\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"section-with-accordion\"><h3><\/h3><div class=\"accordion custom-accordion-style\" id=\"information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-0\"><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-0\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-0\">EDM for a doctor<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapse-0\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse show\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-0\" data-bs-parent=\"#information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">Functionality to ensure the production of the System&#8217;s electronic medical record and the sharing and exchange of medical documents in electronic form:\n&#8211; individual external medical records and medical data of patients (sharing of documents with patients);\n&#8211; orders and results of external services (exchange of documents with service providers);<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-1\"><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-1\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-1\">EDM for a patient<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapse-1\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-1\" data-bs-parent=\"#information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">Functionality that provides patients with access to their medical data via a user account. Access to the user account requires individual authentication.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-2\"><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-2\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-2\">e-Registration<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapse-2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-2\" data-bs-parent=\"#information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">Electronic registration for appointments with specialists and general practitioners<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-3\"><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-3\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-3\">Register of Electronic Medical Records<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapse-3\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-3\" data-bs-parent=\"#information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">The functionality builds and provides access to a register of information (metadata) about documents included in electronic medical records produced in medical entities cooperating with the Project.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-4\"><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-4\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-4\">Emergency data<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapse-4\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-4\" data-bs-parent=\"#information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">The Patient Emergency Data functionality provides direct access to a collection of data of individual patients, (critical for life and health emergencies).<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-5\"><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-5\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-5\">Patient e-Diary<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapse-5\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-5\" data-bs-parent=\"#information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">Service for the electronic acquisition (obtaining) of data on a patient&#8217;s health status (past illnesses, treatments, etc.) and medication taken in the admission\/hospitalization procedure or visit to a treatment facility.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-6\"><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-6\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-6\">Patient portal<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapse-6\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-6\" data-bs-parent=\"#information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">Functionality providing access to informational, educational and instructional materials (content) on:\n&#8211; national\/local prevention programmes and actions;\n&#8211; availability of medical services (scope, locations, dates), required preparation for diagnostic tests, application of pro-health recommendations (e.g. nutrition, physical activity, seniors&#8217; health, maternity, etc.), formal requirements (documents, eligibility procedures, etc.), and the list of services available.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-7\"><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-7\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-7\">Mobile applications<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapse-7\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-7\" data-bs-parent=\"#information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">Applications for mobile systems aggregating the functionalities of the products described above.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-8\"><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-8\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-8\">Repository of image data<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapse-8\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-8\" data-bs-parent=\"#information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">Functionality to ensure the creation of a central archive of image data (DICOM) including:\n&#8211; histories of examinations in radiology and diagnostic imaging\n-examinations outside the field of radiology, including, but not limited to: digital ECG, OCT, films from laparoscopes and endoscopes, skin lesions, dermatological lesions<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-9\"><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-9\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-9\">The clinician&#8217;s portal<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapse-9\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-9\" data-bs-parent=\"#information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">Functionality to ensure that imaging examinations can be displayed, shared, consulted and developed using clinical tools.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-10\"><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-10\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-10\">Distribution of imaging tests<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapse-10\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-10\" data-bs-parent=\"#information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">Functionality to provide access to diagnostic studies from local DICOM sources.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-11\"><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-11\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-11\">Multidisciplinary e-Consultation of doctors<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapse-11\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-11\" data-bs-parent=\"#information-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">The &#8216;Multidisciplinary e-Medical Consilium&#8217; service will enable doctors to hold a medical consilium in full medical rigour without having to physically gather in one place at one time. Doctors will have direct access to the patient&#8217;s medical records, on which they can perform all activities in accordance with the medical consilium process, which will significantly shorten the execution of medical procedures. \nAny decisions made within the e-Consilium, e.g. a referral to hospital, are signed electronically and become legally valid. This is a very positive change for patients &#8211; they do not have to leave their hometown to get a specialist&#8217;s opinion, nor do they have to take any documentation with them &#8211; everything is available to doctors in the system. \nThe E-Consilium will allow doctors to make a diagnosis together and use the knowledge of experts who work in different centres to do so.
