I&#8217; is a direct continuation of the project &#8216;e-Services &#8211; e-Organisation &#8211; package of IT solutions for organisational units of the Kuyavian and Pomeranian voivodship&#8217;, e-Health module, implemented under the Regional Operational Programme of the Kuyavian and Pomeranian voivodship for 2007-2013.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row align-items-center grey-bg collapse-desktop-field  \" style=\"background:transparent\"><div class=\"col-lg-5 order-lg-2\"><div class=\"the-right-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"left-inner-content\"><h2>Origins of the project<\/h2><p>The project &#8216;Construction of the Kuyavian and Pomeranian System for Providing Access to Electronic Medical Records &#8211; Stage I&#8217; is a direct continuation of the project &#8216;e-Services &#8211; e-Organisation &#8211; package of IT solutions for organisational units of the Kuyavian and Pomeranian voivodship&#8217;, e-Health module, implemented under the Regional Operational Programme of the Kuyavian and Pomeranian voivodship for 2007-2013.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-eprojektynamespace-projeckisinnerblock container\"><div class=\"grey-bg section section-with-bg\" style=\"background:transparent\"><div class=\"row  \"><div class=\"col-lg-8 order-lg-2\"><div class=\"sedction-content\"><p>The objective of the implementation of the e-Health module of the project &#8220;e-Services &#8211; e-Organisation &#8211; package of IT solutions for organisational units of the Kuyavian and Pomeranian Voivodeship&#8221; was to improve the functionality of the hospitals that are the Project Partners and to raise the level of services provided through the use of ICT technology, including in particular the implementation of tasks related to:<\/p><ul><li>Upgrading and completing the ICT infrastructure (network and server) in hospitals.<\/li><li>Provision and implementation of IT systems to support imaging diagnostics (RIS and PACS system), together with the necessary ICT (servers and storage) and medical infrastructure (CR systems).<\/li><li>Supply and completion of hospital IT systems (HIS type &#8211; in terms of the white part) together with the necessary ICT infrastructure (servers and storage).<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><div class=\"col-lg-4\"><div class=\"section-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/e-projekty.mojregion.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/mask-item-gruo.png\" class=\"w-100\" alt=\"Image 1\"\/><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Aim of the project<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main objective of the project is to increase the quality and improve access to medical services provided to the public through the use of modern information technologies by creating a technical, IT infrastructure and environment that will allow the introduction of specialized e-services in healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-eprojektynamespace-benefits container\"><div class=\"section-with-icons-list\"><div class=\"block-title\"><h2>Benefits of the project<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-lg-6\"><div class=\"the-section-content-inner\"><h3>For Healthcare Providers: <\/h3><ul><li><div class=\"list-icon\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/e-projekty.mojregion.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Insurance-contract-1.svg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/div><div class=\"list-content\"><p>increasing the efficiency of medical care and the quality of medical services provided in the region,<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"list-icon\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/e-projekty.mojregion.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Cardiologist-5.svg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/div><div class=\"list-content\"><p>reduced patient handling time, improved workflow and document circulation time, i.e. quick and secure access to a patient&#8217;s medical records, in the long term, even if they have been treated in another healthcare provider,<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><div
